VBdocman Macro Commands

Commands are macros that are used to make loops and conditions. Only 7 commands are implemented:

1. $DOLIST$
2. $IFNOTEMPTY$
3. $RESET-COUNTER$
4. $INC-COUNTER$
5. $DEC-COUNTER$
6. $REPLACE-ON$
7. $REPLACE-OFF$
