Start VBdocman Comment Editor and select User-defined fields tab.
This dialog allows to edit user-defined fields of member's documentation.

Correspond to @user1-@user5 tags. If user has renamed some of these tags, new names are shown in this dialog (copyright and todo in the figure above).
