Go to Add-Ins - VSdocman menu or press VSdocman button on standard toolbar. VSdocman dialog appears, select Options pane. Set Comments - User-defined Tags page.
User Tags
You can define unlimited number of your own tags. If used in the XML comment, they will appear as separate topic section in the same order as defined here. You can move the tags up and down to change this order.
XML tag name
A name of your XML tag.
Heading of the tag is used in generated documentation as a section heading for this tag.
