When compiling the documentation, the following message appears in the progress dialog:
ERROR: Cannot create and execute batch file.
There is no documentation generated then.
VBdocman creates many auxiliary files in the output directory during compilation. Depending on the output format, these files are then renamed, copied or compiled by some external application. All these operations are defined in the templates in $vbdoc-exec-after$ macro as DOS commands. For example, for CHM format the hhc.exe compiler is called. VBdocman creates temporary batch file named execAfter.bat containing those commands in the output directory. This batch file is executed and deleted then.
The above mentioned error occurs when there is some problem with creation or execution this file. Mostly it is caused by insufficient access rights for the output directory.
